1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during shipping.
The product you received is incorrect (i.e., not what you ordered).

2. Timeframe for Returns
All return requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your product qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

Provide a description of the issue and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
4. Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the product to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Opened or partially consumed products.
Products purchased on clearance or special promotions.
