How do you ship your product?

On small orders, we ship by UPS or USPS.  For wholesale orders, we can manage the shipping or you can make arrangements directly, whichever you prefer. 

What sizes and shapes do your snacks come in?

Generally, most of our fruit is in slices or diced pieces.  However, we do offer our banana as whole fruit, dried and delicious.

What does the drying process look like?  

We dry our fruit over 20 hours at low temp in our proprietary ovens. For us, it's worth it to go so slowly to avoid cooking it or changing its content in any way during the process. It's a ready-to-eat snack with the same nutritional content it had when it was picked from the tree. 

Are your products considered "raw"?

Yes, during our drying process, the pulp temperature never exceeds 95 degrees Fahrenheit.  

Which of your products are certified organic? 

We produce certified organic mango and banana.  We are certified organic through CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), one of the pioneering organic certification agencies in the US.

do any of your products contain Gmo foods?

Never. Our snacks are 100% free of GMOs. 

Are your products kosher certified? 

Yes, all of our products are Kosher certified through Ka-Kosher.
